Capacities are insufficient and resources need to be built up accordingly. Further training is required to regain the ability to act. There is a lack of clarity about processes, it is unclear what is important, which things are unimportant and can be eliminated. There is no risk management, risks are unknown and there is no evaluation. The market positioning is unclear and the company needs to be geared towards the future.
